AS per the Circular the due date of furnishing TA Report has been extended to 30.11.2014; so does it mean that date for completion and signing of report is also extended to the same date or audit has to be completed by 30.09.2014 and only uploading is allowed till 30.11.2014?????

Is company allowed to charge dep. as per companies act. I mean is there no compulsory provision to charge dep as per IT act 1961 also and make an adjustment of Deferred tax.
SIR,I HAVE SIGNED THE TAX AUDIT REPORT OF MY CLIENT BEFORE 25 JULY 2014 AND MY CLIENT HAS SUBMITTED THAT REPORT WITH THE BANK AUTHORITIES AND IT WAS NOT UPLOADED. NOW WHEN I HAVE TO REVISE THE AUDIT REPORT IN NEW FORM 3CD SO WHAT DATE WILL I PUT IN AUDIT REPORT AND IN STATEMENTS ANNEXED TO IT? THE PREVIOUS AUDIT REPORT DATE OR THE NEW ONE?? as per ca act 1949..in code of ethics a ca can give management consultancy service..but in co act 2013 as per sec 141(3) he will be disqualified ..so these both are different or same???for ca final nov 2014 how one should give answer
