I am supplier of EOT Crane. I have an order from vendor(MNRE Exemption), vendor will issue central excise exemption certificate for abaitment of central excise. which goods are used for Manufacturing of MNRE exemption Item on this goods MoDVAT credit can be taken?

Dear Sir,
We purchased Magnitic Bricks (Capital Goods), due to fire accident it is damaged before put to use. We got insurance claim and written off from books (CWIP).
Now we want to sell it as a Scrap,since we already reversed Cenvat Credit taken, are we need to discharge Excise duty on Scrap Sales (Scrap Transaction Value).
Please advise us.

dear all,

Rule 11 of Cenvat credit rules:-
An assessee was not availing SSI exmption. At tht tym he has taken cenvat credit on capital goods n utilized part of the credit availed.
Now, he is availing the SSI exemption.
Wat will b d treatment of Cenvat credit??

Dear Experts,
We have two Units. Both are Registered with Excise. We have imported one Capital goods (machinery) in the Unit-II. We have received the machinery on 23.10.10. Today we want to shift it to Unit No.I. So what is the procedure please let me know.

Let us assume A Ltd. is an SSI (it has not crossed a turnover of 4 crores during the preceding financial year).
During the current financial year 2010-11
the following sales has been effected by them and it is not in others brand name.
April 2010 - Rs.12 lakhs
May 2010 - Rs.10 lakhs
June 2010 - Rs.18 lakhs
July 2010 - Rs.25 lakhs
August 2010 - Rs.18 lakhs
Sep. 2010 - Rs.27 lakhs
Oct. 2010 - Rs.32 lakhs

Please tell me what is the Excise Duty we have to pay for every month. Please ignore the Cenvat Credit available amount, since i want to know what is the excise duty payable for the assessee.

i want to know that my father going to be start a business so there is a requriment of Excise No. because in his business there is a product which prepared with a raw material after boiling in water so there is requirment of excise No. and this product is used in textile

Can we send consumable tools, consumable oil to job worker for machining purpose on 57f4? If yes is their any notification to this effect?
As the tools are consumable they will not received back with material. Then how can we clear the challan?
can we send as per Rule 16A.
and clarify me also AS per 16A we can sent input to job worker.and surely input in the same form would not be returned.
further AS per Rule 4(5) of CCR 2004,input must be returned within 180 days.otherwise credit taken will be reversed.
but how input will be returned as it would be consumed.
