26 October 2010 I am supplier of EOT Crane. I have an order from vendor(MNRE Exemption), vendor will issue central excise exemption certificate for abaitment of central excise. which goods are used for Manufacturing of MNRE exemption Item on this goods MoDVAT credit can be taken?
