I am working in an EOU,We just Received a RM against PC from Harmec Medical Ireland.before give product to production room,we get our rm checked by QA,but during QA we found our rm is not well,we talked to our Vendor,they are ready for the replacement,so we file a permission regarding that in excise office(supdtt tech),but now they are providing us the permission with payment of duty,is they is any Notification for this ? can u tell me the solution as soon as possible ? n i told them circular 60/99 Cus. dated 10.9.1999.but they were not agreed,

Is solar Panel Manufacturing is Exempted from Excise Duty...?

DUTY PAID MANUFACTURED ITEMS ARE SENT TO THIS DEPOT OWNED BY THE MANUFACTURER BUT HAVING A SEPARATE CENTRAL EXCISE REGISTRATION.THESE ITEMS ARE SOLD FROM HERE TO THE PRIMARY DEALERS.HOW TO FILL ER-1,ESPECIALLY COLUMNS"DETAILS OF CLEARANCE" LIKE OPENING BALANCE,QTY MANUFACTURED,QTY CLEARED,ASSESABLE VALUE,TYPE OF CLEARANCE.
NO FURTHER DUTY IS PAYABLE FROM THIS DEPOT,SINCE ALL DUTIES ARE PAID WHILE TRANSFERRING THE GOODS FROM MANUFACTURING UNIT.

Can a manufacturer exporter procure inputs under rule 18 ie. Rebate on raw materials for export of finish goods when he wishes to export finished goods under bond under rule 19?

I am export of goods out of country through ARE-1 so please tell me about following queries.

1.can I apply for claim for rebate
2.what is procedure of Claim
3.How I am shown this export in ER-1 return before claim & after receiving of claim,

We are manufacturer Exporter. & we want factory stuffing permissin from Central excise Dept. for Export of exercisable Goods?

There is a company, it is registered under central exise at his offfice address..the Company is in Export of Pharma product. It Is doing Export through Form h/ Cit bond.. Where The Exise Duty Is refunded Later On..Now The company has a Godown , Where the goods Are Kept Which are manufactured and others are From First stage Dealers.. We Are Claiming Refund against ct-1 Form..But Now There are invoce from first stage dealer for which refund has to be taken,, so can we get refund for that and whether the godown has to be registered for that?????????
