07 March 2013 Is solar Panel Manufacturing is Exempted from Excise Duty...?

09 March 2013 Thanks sir for your Vauable Reply.

But sir,
CBEC file is for custom, for import at concessional rate of duty. I am importing at concessional rate of duty for manufacuture of solar panel.

So is there any taxability on manufacturing of Solar Panel.

Second file is for Solar Developer not for Solar Module Manufacturer.
