I am trying to file the Charge Satisfaction Form CHG-4 on MCA FO website by using the CA's login details. I have Registered as Business User in the name of CA as a Professional and in the name of Director. But while uploading the Digitally signed Form CHG-4 error message is shown saying "Error DSC is not registered with 00952769 on MCA Portal" same error message for the CA Membership No. what may be the error and any solution on it ?

I Have submitted the EPF registration form on Shram Suvidha Portal. Its showing the error "We found some error while resubmitting your application for EPFO Registration", but it is not showing what is the error, please let me know what can we do to register the EPFO in Shram Suvidha portal.

Me and my wife are planning to create HUF.
We have also booked an under construction property whose instalments have started already.
We wish to get this property registered on HUF's name.
HUF's bank account is not yet operational.

1. Can we continue paying the instalments from personal accounts and get it registered to HUF without paying from HUF's bank account?
2. Can we transfer the funds to HUF first before making the payment to builder from HUF's bank account?
3. If it has to be from HUF account only, can we do the remaining payments from HUF's account once operational or it has to be 100% paid from HUF's account only?

If a person builds a HUF with him, wife, kid and buy a property on HUF's name.
1. Can all the members of HUF be assured that they will get equal share in any case like division after Karta's demise by selling or share in rental income?
2. Since Karta is the manager for HUF, will he get any special benefit from such property?
3. Do all the members have equal say from all aspects on that property like decision to sell etc?
4. After Karta's demise, can wife become Karta?

If a person buys a property with only him as owner, how can he ensure a smooth succession of that to wife/kid/parents in his absence.
1. Will that be automatically handled as per Hindu Law?
2. Is re-registration must in that case?
3. Do they just have to re-register the property by showing some documents? Which documents?
