can we join as an article clerk immediately after writing exams and without receiving result, if we are so confident of the positive result.
i mean that can we register ourselves for articles and proceed, even before results.

I cleared my IPCC in the current batch (MAY 2011). After my exams i got married in June 2011. Now i am applying for my final registration. All my documents contains the initial of my father but now i have to change it to my husband's name. But the final registration form specifies that name should be written as in the previous documents. Wat should i do now... Give me a solution for this ..... Not only name change there is a change in my address too ....

1)we have allotted shares to the foreign shareholders in lieu of the amount due to them for supply of some materials. do we have to comply with any statutory with RBI for issue of shares on credit amount. plz guide with applicable provisions.

whether under companies law we can allot shares for dues payable on behalf of the allottee.

i am not able to analyze the applicability of A.P(DIR Series)Circular No.32 dated 28 December 2010.

the guidelines given to "person resident in india "in circular is applicable to the company.

we have to certify that "contracts outstanding at any point of time with all AD category 1 banks during the quarter did not exceed the value of underlying exposure"

Our client has 2 types of foriegn currency exposures:-

1.ECB-fully hedged by cross currency swaps
2.Buyers credit.

I have doubt with respect to:-

1.what is outstanding contract value means.
2.what is underlying exposure means.

please help me as soon as possible.

The company does not have any exports.does the circular applies to it.
