12 August 2011 Whether a CA not holding a COP can undertake a consultancy business without attestation and can he be a director in a company?

12 August 2011 As regards advisory services yes he can do but he cannot give his opinion in writing as he does not have the COP.

As regards the directorship in any company he has to take permission from the ICAI
