DURING 2010 A PARTNERSHIP FIRM CONVERTED INTO PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY.IN THIS PROCESS SOME IMMOVABLE PROPERTY TITLES HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED.AFTER 12 YEARS ALSO THIS PROPERTY DOCUMENTS IS SHOWING PARTNERSHIP FIRM NAME.BUT ALL THESE YEARS PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANYWAS PAYING MUNICIPLE TAX AND CLAMING DEPRICIATION.NOW PLS SUGGEST,WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO FOLLOW TO CHANGE THE NAME IN PROPERTY DOCUMENTS OF THIS ASSETS FROM PARTNERSHIP FIRM NAME TO PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY'S NAME?.

Dear Experts,
I have received a Professional Tax notice for 6 years asking to pay the PT of Rs. 2500 on the showroom which is an additional place of Business.
I have been paying every year towards 2500/- but now they are asking to pay even for the showroom. The Showroom is just for the display purpose and to take orders.
I am sole proprietor trading in glasses and hardware .

Kindly suggest whether should i pay the PT on the showroom for all the years from the date of its addition
or
There is no need to pay, if so under which section can i reply to the notice or any case study to back my reply .

We are exporters and we would like to export our products to Sri Lanka. As per Nostro Account Export advance Payment and final settlement in INR.

There are only 7 correspondence banks ( AD )are permitted and our bank doesn't have Vostro account.
Importer at Sri Lanka has account with BANK OF CEYLON and corresponding Bank in India is also BANK OF CEYLON at chennai they have approved by RBI for Nostro account.
can you please advise how do we get payments from Corresponding Bank " BANK of CEYLON, chennai to our Bank Account? Kindly clarify
