PF withdrawal rejected due to bank account issue

This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
Your Provident Fund (PF) withdrawal has been rejected twice because the system couldn't process the bank account details provided. Even though you submitted details for ESAF Small Finance Bank, it seems the system requires an account from a nationalised bank. It's recommended to open a new account with a nationalised bank or use an existing one, such as Kotak Mahindra Bank, to ensure your PF withdrawal is processed successfully.

23 January 2023 I applied for my final settlement of the PF amount, but it has been rejected twice. The reason given is "SUBMIT SCHEDULED BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS FOR PF PAYMENT." However, I have already submitted the bank details of a Scheduled Small Finance Bank known as ESAF Small Finance Bank. Can you please help me with what to do next?

23 January 2023 Open an another bank account in some nationalised bank and submit the details

25 January 2023 I have an account in Kotak Mahindra Bank, Can I use that?

25 January 2023 Yes, use it........
