My father(not Alive now) used to have NSC certificate of value Rs5000, which got matured way back. But we have lost that NSC certificate but i have photocopies with me.

Please suggest me the process to encash the same. Thanks

if an person have 3 buildings

1 - is used for own occupation
2 & 3 - property's are given to lease to finance companys.

under section 2 ea the leased propertys are expemted.

please clarify these are exempted are not.

Need to File form 26 Q1,Q2 & Q3 fy 2013-2014 and the last successful filed PRN is of 26Q4 fy 2012-2013.

as per the traces notification have to mention the PRN of earlier regular statement, so what will be the PRN to file all the three quarters.
