Can a CA-CPT clear student become a director of the company and what are the permissions, if any required to be taken from ICAI ?
In case if he is studying for CA-IPCC, can he become a director of the company and shall he be required to take permissions from ICAI?

I have registered for AICITSS MCS course but I want next batch instead of original batch. I searched on Internet but no use there are no FAQ list on icitss for Revised scheme of education and training and we cant trust on other miscellaneous private site. And today is sunday so no call can be made to icai branch hence I am asking here.
Very bad Experience of ICAI website, no Proper sites and clicking options available. for each subject matter different sites have been created which makes searching anything about icai so redundant and boring.

We had applied for Pan card of an AOP , but due to certain circumstances the said AOP wasn't formed & thus now we need to cancel pan of an AOP so what is the procedure to cancel the pan as we won't be able to provide any formation or dissolution deep to IT department.

Please let me know when TDS is paid. For example, if X raises a bill on 1st May, but i pay it on 1st July (delayed payment) - then TDS is be be paid on 1st May or 1st July?. Just wanted to know TDS is paid against an invoice when its raised or paid?

Can a CA spouse sign his/her spouse documents?
For example, A (husband) wants to incorporate LLP. B (wife of A) is a chartered accountant. Now, can B help in incorporation her husbands LLP?
Can she sign on his husband's FILLIP form?
Can she sign on his husband's subscribers sheet?

My results for Ca final (new course)nov 2018 has been with held because i completed my GMCS after exams but before the results. My firnd also did the same but ICAI released her result. I have also submitted the Condonation letter along with my medical prooves but still received no response. what should i do so that icai will release my results? when the result will be released? or i have to re appear for same exams which means just for 15 days my whole 6 months are will be wasted. Please guide so that i can study accordingly.

I have completed my itt and gmcs course by January 2019.I have cleared my CA Final in May 2018. I wish to apply for membership and COP. If i apply in February and receive the membership no. and COP by March, do i have to pay the renewal fees again in April?
What is the best option whether to obtain it in Feb to March or wait till April and then apply?

I have 2 houses (joint - me & my wife) in my name and 2 land (plots). Recently sold one of flat (100% cheque payment).

Can I reinvest the Capital gains arriving out of sale in purchasing a flat?

Note: I had reinvested earlier on (4 years ago) the similar captial gains to buy land from a house sale.

Is possession of assets constitute disproportionate to known source of income even if the assets acquired through legal means.If someone did not intimate to his department to some of his assets but the assets one's posses is legal then can someone be found guilty in court of law?
