25 March 2019 I want to know if TDS is to be deducted while making payments to party on account of Arbitration Award in its favor. If Yes, under which section and percentage??

26 March 2019 Yes TDS applicable. Deduct TDS under section 194C in case of contract payment and under 194A in case of interest payments.
