Can I keep property papers of the house we are living in now in the Bank, like mortgage , which is on my dad's name. And can we get loan sanctioned on the property so that we can demolish the house and construct a new one properly, with 3 floors.
Could you please let me know how is the loan amount sanctioned and other details like tenure of loan repayment, etc.

1) What types of businesses are allowed to be carried within the premises of residential building
2) Is a coaching class allowed? If yes then any restrictions in Co-op Hsg Soc Ltd Maharashtra
3) Can children play in the open space of Co Op Hsg Soc Ltd Maharashtra? Yes this questions sounds absurd.... but owner of the coaching class threatens playing children to not make noise in order to not disturb his students.
4) Any rule or section of the society bye-laws which strictly prohibits people / members from throwing unwanted stuff, garbage, food from their windows down onto the parked cars....on pathways, pavements etc.

one of my clients gave vehicle loan premium on which TDS was deducted while payment of premiums.when he approached the vendor for refund of the TDS deducted while payment of premium , the vendor asked him to contact the IT office in this regard.so, my question is how can one claim the TDS refund from Income-Tax department?

Sir a corporate office having grant with taxes, and than they applied 2%TDS and 2% some other tax than it was a double taxation effect or not.please briefly explain.

I’m a pregnant women and about to go on maternity leave, without giving any notice my company has terminated me from office after making false allegations on me. They have not given last month salary, leave salary and bonus to me (total due more than 1lakh). I think they have terminated me because they don’t want to give me 6 month’s maternity salary (more than 2lakhs). Employer give me mental harassment to force to resign.
Please help me and suggest me what I do in this situation without filling complaint in court because I am not in situation for going to court.

Hi friends myself arvind actually I forgot the SSP portal now I am unable to reset it. I am not able to get a link either email Id or OTP to my number. I sent mail with this issue to SSP.helpdesk@icai.in but I couldn't get reply till now.i need complete my final registration help me with this issue.
