if private limited company registered under bangalore jurisdiction. but directors are residing in maharashtra. so query is that both directors are liable to take PTEC in maharashtra???

PT Enrollment is for employer .
It will be for the company and not to the directors.
Company payslips 2400/- annually.So that is for them only.
So no separate PT is required for directors since they are not employers
