if private limited company registered under bangalore jurisdiction. but directors are residing in maharashtra. so query is that both directors are liable to take PTEC in maharashtra???

in my company one employee is resigned a job his service was 4 years 7 months.
this employee will not covered under gratuity act because his service is below 5yrs and also not completed 240days (contionuous service)
my doubt is if the employer paid the gratuity amount to the employee even if not covered under gratuity he can claim it as expenses or not .

Sir,i had made payment for intermediate exam fees but the payment gets failed and amount debited from my account and no pdf for the same is generated.After 2 days i made a payment from another account it was successful.So how can i get refund for the first payment which gets failed .Contacted with the icai but no reply .so please help on this for the procedure to ask for refund with the correct mailing site where i can mail again .please help me sir its very urgent.
