I'm Associate member of ICAI since may 2005. I was working for a garment export firm for 2 years. Now i want to apply for full time COP. Can I do it now?

If i get full time COP, can I take up employment later? If so, Have I to surrender the Full time COP and take part time COP?

Have I to get permission from the Institute for employment while holing full time COP?

hi friends,

i have a client having business under partnership firm but there is a issue with upvat authorities regarding its deed, as per department registered partnership deed is compulsory but in our opinion it is complsory under partnership act 1932.when we go for registration under partnership act then only registered deed is required.
so please reply as soon as possible.
