I need a Daily report format which is needed from Finance and accounts department to submit to management. This should include Daily Bank position, Sales, collections bill wise, debtors ageing, creditors ageing, supplier payment etc. Will any one help me by sending the format Please....

whether govt,grants to be treated on accrual basis or receipt basis? if so., if grant is granted on 5th mar 2012 and grant is received on 7th Aug 2013 what is the treatment for both the years?

XYZ Society registered as an AOP (Trust) has received donation of Rs. 219596 for A.Y. 2011-12 and profit of Rs. 127979.

How will the Tax be calculated in such a case since utilization is lesser than 85%?
