Expenses under capital a/c head in tally

Life insurance premium, income tax payment are comes under the head of capital a/c in tally.

please tell some other expenses which we create under the head of capital a/c

I am in real estate co. & Pl advice the treatment of Project admin exp./finance exp./selling & distribution exp. (only for project for daily use) in real estate co.? whether they are capitalize or treated in P&L every year?
