If a private Limited Company get a loss of 3243.How to account it in the balance sheet.

my question is,my company vat liabilities is Rs.388680/-for the month of Apr-14 but we didn't pay yet because funds problem.now what should we pays interest on vat.i know the interest rate 18% p.a. pls let me know calculations. pls provide me sufficient solution & details.

In Tally erp 9 , how to classify p&l items as per schedule vi ? I have made groups of various expenses but they fall under direct expenses and when i click on sch vi format all expenses come under ungrouped items.
Also can i include office expenses under staff welfare? office expenses consists of tissue rolls, paper plates etc.

The Organization which I am Working Right Now, a New Employee has Joined and for 'TWO' Months he has been "DEPUTED" To Mysore Branch.

As per Management Decision & the Company Policy for a Person 'Sending (DEPUTATION)' To Our Mysore Branch, say Around Rs.5000 has to be paid.

In this case which Account head I should book this Expense (Or) What Exact ledger Account I should Open and Which Group head I Should Book?
