Law in cpt

In CA-CPT course. there is a chapter Indian Contract Act 1872 ,but now new contract act is 2013 . so the questn which is asked in december 2014 is based on 2013 act or 1872 ?

result of verification has been declared. I applied for only certified copies but in the result section of certified copy when I entered roll no and pin it displays "application under process". so I just want to know all who applied for certified copies displays the same like me? any who know the reason for that?

Under RCM, if the service provider has no service tax registration number, whether there is a need to deduct service tax on part of service recepient?

Tds features in tally 9

in the gateway of tally under statutory and taxation feature when i enter yes to 'set/alter tds details' and save and quit and when again open these features it shows no to 'set/alter tds details'. why tds features are not activated whether this is because of pirated version?
