10 September 2014 i deducted tds of my vendor but my vendor is asking form 13. plz help me what is form 13 n how can i provide them. i deducted tds under section 194c

10 September 2014 Form 13 issued by the Assessing officer by intimating deductor to deduct at lower rate as mentioned in the form .

As you inform in your query that you already deducted the TDS u/s 194c so your responsibility is to issue form 16A within stipulated time not the form 13 as not possible for you to issue the same.
