Exp payable

IF bill date is 04-04-2015 for the exp of March.
so Entered in books with expense payable a/c or with party name in FY 14-15 books ( i ask for presentation purpose)

Dear Sir,

I have taken factory on rent in June-2014 and paid full amount of rent in this month without dedcated TDS,next month (July-2014) we have dedcated both month TDS and deposit

Thats why we will not issue TDS Certificate for First qtr. we have to issue Certificate in IInd qty. i want to know any legal problem. Please provide us your valuable suggestion

Placed to service date vs capitalisation date

Can Placed to service date with regard to a Fixed Asset be earlier than its capitalization date? Can depreciation be processed based on placed to service date and before capitalization date?
