if yes , then what is impact of it on co.s who had exercised that option ?

Consider the following example:
H Ltd is holding company of A,B,C & D Ltd.
A & B Ltd having a Goodwill of Rs. 10,000 each in their balance sheet (before holding - Subsidiary Relationship exist)
While preparing a CFS for H Ltd. a capital Reserve Arising out of above four subsidiaries say Rs. 135000/-
Query:
1. Whether Capital Reserve arising on CFS can be netted off against Goodwill in A & B Ltd and Shown as a capital Reserve in CFS of H Ltd as Rs. 115000 (135000-20000)?
2. If yes, whether it amounts to Impairement of Goodwill, since the Goodwill was not arising on Consolidation? Assume it as purchased Goodwill.

Can anyone please help me to solve this:
Xltd is selling TV sets, purchase price of the same is Rs.15000 as per the terms of sales. They are to be delivered and installed at customers place free of cost. X ltd has hired Y co for the purpose and being paid Rs.1000 per set for delivery and installation.At year ended on 31.3.2002, 10 sets were in stock. The market price of TV is Rs 15,750. what is the value of closing stock as per AS2? please help to solve this conceptually.

I am working in ABC Company. I sent Purchase order to Mr. A. Mr. A accepted the purchase order and replied me on Mr.A's letterhead in written that he is sending the goods from his B firm which is his sister concern but the billing will be done by Mr. A firm.
We received goods on dilivary challan of B firm. Later we received Mr. A's bill and we made the payment to A.
Now Mr. B is claiming the amount of sent goods.
Now we came to know that there is not any connection between Mr. A & Mr B.
Mr. A made dummy Purchase order of ABC [ My Company ] to Mr. B and asked B to send the goods to my company. He took money from us not paid to Mr. B.
Now Mr. B is claiming the amt of sent goods

Plz reply what should i do ?, it urgent and important.
