Please tell me whether the perquistes are taxable or not as per the union budget 2010 & how to account for them in books of accounts, any kind of exemption limit is there or not

Depreciation On CWIP

Suppose I have buiding under Construction, which is shown under Capital WIP. Will depreciation be allowed on CWIP as per Companies Act and As per Income Tax Act.

what tax will be applicable.

one of my friend is carrying on an business of car mechanic. what are the taxes applicable to him , he had made an turnover above 20lacs inclusive of parts purchased from outside for the cars for repairing purpose.but there is no sales of parts done by him. what he receive is only lab our charges as income.
