which book i follow for ca final new cource for corporate and allied laws is monis bhandari's book updated taking effects of companies bill 2008

Companies bill 2008 has only been presented in the parliament. It has not been approved till date. Hence none of the book will be having it. Munish Bhandari is a nice book for Company Law. I refered the same book in my final CA
