14 October 2021 I billed items for sale on 08.10.2021, unfortunately the route cancelled. Later the route scheduled on 14.10.2021. Can I transfer the item with same bill entered on 08.10.2021??? and bill does not need eway bill.

If it need to rebill on new date, It will duplicate.

14 October 2021 you have to attach letter for giving reason for delay
otherwise AO will issue notices.
