While Bill booking may I pass TDS Entry when service tax was charges on bill?
What is the entry in that case when I have to Pay Bill amount after Deducting TDS Amount?

For first question to pass entry for TDS while booking bill if service tax is charged. Why can`t you do that? what has stopped you from doing so.
Just check circular no 01/2014 of income tax to know on what amount to deduct tds.
The entry for making payment after tds deduction will very very simple
Vendor a/c dr.
to bank a/c or cash account.
what is to difficult about it.
