best paper provide region wide or country wide

08 April 2015 i prefer icaci study material
any topic introduction two lines important because question frame from that lines only

and preparation:first time book reading and next time fully study
third time study and practice in paper for full chapter with out seeing book i.e put topic heading and provide gap like wise all headings in chapter and then practice write side hading and some technical terms
if time permit written practicev in next time
writing is more better then study in ISCA
