Please give your views on following :-
'House property is owned by a wife only. Home loan is taken by the wife only in which husband is a co-applicant and will pay 70% of EMI. Can a husband claim the benefit of section 24 and 80C?

For claiming benefits of section 24 and 80C the husband should also be a co-owner of property.
