30 March 2015 Hi fellows one return of assessee has been filed wrongly with tax payable of Rs 1.50 lac but in actual it has a refund of Rs 1 lac so how to solve it pls suggest on priority

30 March 2015 belated return cannot be revised in such case but you can initmate the jurisdictional ao once you recieve the intimation under sec 143(1).
