24 October 2010 Pl visit www.vakilno1.com. Go to "laws". Click the button "more". Select the required act in the next appearing window and click. Section wise list will appear in the next screen. Click on the needed section. Contents of the section will be displayed.

24 October 2010 Thank u.But my purpose is to download the full Companies act. Hence, if i will go this way, it will be a time consuming job. So, can there be any way to download full act quickly?

25 October 2010 Thank u Ajay. But the problem here is that the Compqanies Act,1956 given on this link is not updated. Is there any other way?
