19 October 2013 WHAT IS THE CONCEPT OF BANK RECONCILLIATION STATEMENT?
IS IT CHECKING BANK A/C WITH PASSBOOK?

Yes little bit.

In BRS you reconcile that only those amount is debited in your A/c for which you have cheques issued & all your deposit is credited.

It is prepared generally on monthly basis to find out differences.
