Bank rating is relating to over all credit worthy ness. it depends on several areas like liquity strength,debt collection capicity,debt/equity,internal controls,utilisation of funds to which it is saught,current ratio,performence to projections,peers ,competetors,indstry average etc etc.good rating gets better pricing
