In what situations, a Balance Sheet may have Capital Account " Zero ".
Please assume it only in the case of unregistered individual concerns.....

if he spend all the capital in revenue Exp. then the capital account will be zero

In case where all the funds are provided by outsiders like Bankers, Pvt financiers, relatives that time Capital will be zero.
