My client had filled his return before Six year ago and nature of income was business (Packing Labour & Security Contractor) but thereafter he not filled his income tax return due to stop his business there was no income in his account. From FY 2009- 10 onwards he start same business then what shall i take opening balance in his Balance sheet & Capital A/c ? ( four year ago balance or open new balance )

open with fresh balance, as to show the old balances, the returns of previous periods may be asked by department.
