30 June 2008 Please provide details on balance sheet finalisation to finalise the balance sheet as its first time im working on finalisation of balance sheet of private firm .

You can refer to Audit material for PCC and Final for each of the items mentioned by you.

Balance sheet finalization means closing of each of the accounts appearing in the balance sheet (including profit and loss account).

You may start with any of the items in the balance sheet based on the work completed.
