What is the process of filing return in back date

There is no any process like back date return.
Some people claim that they can get the back date STAMP. But that is not recommended at all

Thank u sir, but for bank loan we required 3 years of return with the gap of 6 months.. If we have only current year return at that moment they suggest back date return then
