1)Is this degreee equal to graduation ?
2)how do i get register?
3)if i complete this when would i be getting the degree?

1. yes it is equivalent to graduation
2. contact local IGNOU branch
3. during convocation ceremony (normally within one year of completion)
4. yes it has been excluded. however, IGNOU propects has not updated this piece of info.
