08 November 2016 Can we file Ay 2015-16 IT Return - ITR-1 - SAHAJ at this moment of time. ? My client has filed upto Ay 2014-15 manually. Now I want to file on-line. Will there be some penalty on this return if we file on-line ? Can we file manually ?

The history shows that Income Tax department is NOT much keen on levying penalty in such cases.
