Hi - I am trying to file ITR for a senior citizen for AY 2013-14 (and also has tax pending) before March 31, 2014.
However I notice that the Excel Utility from the Income tax website for AY 2013-14 does not seem to compute any figure for Sec 234 B and Section 234 C? Is the excel utility faulty?

Not faulty. See section 207(1) of the Income tax Act,1961.
