28 November 2008 my opinion with regard to the queries answered by the experts is that the experts should quote the relevat section or case law which would facilitate the reader better. This would authenticate the answer given by the respective person. Any contradictory views are also to be supported by case laws to ensure that arguments are more fruitful and one can get better grip on the particular topic.
