whether we can availe the service tax credit charged under composition scheme of work contract service under section 65(105)(zzzza)

It appears that you are the service receiver. If so, the composition scheme shall not be a bar for availing credit.

in the case of service receiver - yes, otherwise no

even Service provider also can be claimed if the composition scheme opted( only for input services & capital goods (refer: Circular No.96/7/2007-ST dt:23.8.2007
