A company has 4 directors and 2 of them claim that they do not have the Balance Sheet for 2 years. They approach the auditor for the Balance Sheet of those two years.
Does the auditor have a right to refuse to give these balance sheets?

No he should not refuse rather express his inability.
Actually he is not the right person to supply BS to the directors n he should clearly convey this to directors.
Directors can claim BS from other directors or from the company. In this situation auditor can simply fold his hands & express his inability.
