I have come to know that there has been some changes in Auditors' Report as well as Director's Report for F.Y 2013-14

So Please provide the the format for the both above for f.y 2013-14

18 August 2014 No change in directors report. Please see MCA general circular 8/2014 dated 4.4.2014. However, a passing reference of general circular 15/2013 dated 13.9.2013 is required in the following clauses of the auditors's report-

i) managements responsibility for financial statements. and
ii) clause (b) of report on other legal and regulatory requirements.
