30 October 2012 1. Can auditor can be appointed for two years at one AGM i.e. single resolution?

2. Can one auditor do the tax audit of a company and another auditor can file the RoC reuturns?

30 October 2012 1. In each and very AGM, there shall be appointed an auditor who shall hold office till the conclusion of next AGM.

If company appoints the Auditor for more than one AGM, it will be beyond the law so as to void after conclusion of next AGM.

2. Yes, i think there is no problem.
