11 October 2012 Dear sir I have Joined in firm but I dont want to continue there, So I have changed the firm after taking my Stiphend for one month of my work. Now the old auditor is saying that I will send a cheating letter to ICAI if u did not give money back.
NOTE: I am not registered for article ship with old auditor.The old auditor did not have any details about me expect my phone number and address, Please let me know whether he can send letter.

11 October 2012 Being a professional student, should follow some basic ethics and morals, standards to inform auditor about unwillingness to continue or change of firm etc with mutual discussion.

Though old auditor do not have your details, it is advisable to contact him and tell about your course of actions for any future unhealthy consequences.
