Is an auditor of partnership firm entitled to provide certified copies of audited accounts to each and every partner of the firm; when one copy has already been provided to the managing partner of the firm?

auditor is required to submit the audited statements alongwith the audit report to the firm.most probably it is handed over to managing partner who is responsible for signing the financial statement.there is no necessity to give copies to each and every partner of the firm by the auditor.auditor's duty ends by signing the audit report.

Agree with the expert. The reponsibility for circulation of the Auditor's Report and Financial Statements is of management and not the auditor
