21 August 2012 i am having turnover of 30 lac in 11-12. my business is to provide security servicess. can i need to do audit as i give only service.

21 August 2012 yes dear assessee you are required to get your books of accounts audited by a CA as per section 44AB i.e.Tax Audit.
you are providing services so if your turnover goes above Rs.15lakh for F.Y.10-11 & 11-12 and Rs.25 lakh for F.Y.12-13 onwards.
your turnover is above the limit so you are required to audit your accounts
you also need to register for service tax.
