Can we constitute Two committee that is 1) audit committee and 2) Remuneration committe in "SAME" Board Meeting??Or we have to hold two different Board meeting??

Hi,
You can constitute any number of Board committees in a Single board meeting. There is no restriction as such.
For each committee constitution you have to pass a separate board resolution.
